Shelby Roxy Theater – Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is canceled by the theater.

Please check your showtime and date carefully before purchase.

2. Seating & Admission

Seating is first-come, first-served.

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before showtime.

Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of staff to avoid disruption.

$5 Kid Packs available during matinees while supplies last.
